Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. In order to target directed change, an honest self-evaluation is necessary. If you answer yes to one or more of these questions, you might be smarter than a 5th grader!
1. Are you happy with how your leadership style impacts your organization?
2. is your sales team a monster success story? Do they need help with Prospecting? Closing? Overcoming Stalls and Objections?
3. If you could get twice as much done (in less time), how would that impact your bottom line?
4. Do you know the “essence” of Team Building?
5. Do you want to be the “Leadership Guru Guy” for your organization?
6. Do you know how to tap into the power of enthusiasm?
7. Are you on top of the latest marketing paradigm, “Inbound Marketing”, or is your organization still Cold Calling?
8. Do you want more success in your personal relationships?
9. Do you want to generate greater excitement and energy for your business on a daily basis?
10.Are you an electrifying public speaker? Do you want to be?
11. Do you want more balance, and less stress, in your life?
12.Is a spectacular earnings increase in your future?
13.Do you want to become a better creative problem-solver?

Other questions I use in focusing leaders on the need for coaching: do you hear what you need to hear? Can you see the system as well as the problem? Do followers know what you care about? What energizes you?

Anyone who didn’t answer “yes” to 12 of the 13 questions shouldn’t be reading your list. Kind of an obvious sales ploy, seems to me. Develop subtler questions.
